Service Requests
Submitting a form or calling is a request for service, not a booking confirmation. Work is only scheduled once we have confirmed it with you directly.
Service Availability
Mobile and emergency roadside service depend on location, current workload and whether the repair can be carried out safely where the vehicle is stopped. We do not guarantee arrival times, and coverage of any particular location is confirmed at the time of the call.
Estimates & Charges
Accurate pricing usually requires diagnosis. Any estimate given before diagnosis is indicative. Charges for work performed will be discussed with you before that work is carried out.
Customer Responsibilities
Please provide accurate vehicle, location and fault information. Where work is carried out at your yard or premises, safe access must be available for the technician and service vehicle.
